Separate from the main house, each guest room is private and is accessible through the courtyard. 4 of our rooms overlook the courtyard and 4 overlook the pool. Liza’s Cottage has

4x double bed bedrooms (3 on ground floor, 1 on 1st floor)

3x single bed bedrooms (2 on ground floor, i on 1st floor)

1x twin bedroom with 2x single beds

The rooms are fully cleaned between each reservation with freshly cleaned and pressed linen and towels and comes standard with the following

Mini refrigerator, coffee & tea station, hair dryer, electronic safe, wall mounted tv with satellite channels(not DSTV).

All rooms, balconies and patios are

SMOKE AND VAPE FREE!!

Double

Double refers to a max of 2 people sharing a room per night. Our double rooms come standard with a double bed or twin room with 2x single beds. Twin room availability is on a first come first book bases.

Single – Double

Single – Double refers to a single person who wants a double bed.

Our single doubles are popular with business clients and sells fast, book early if you require this type of room.

Single

Single refers to a room with a single bed for 1 person. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. We have 3 single rooms which over look the pool area.

Check in & Check out

Check in

  • Check in from 2pm – 10pm
  • Early check in is welcome -fees apply (before 11am – full rate & 11am-2pm half rate) if available
  • A host will welcome you
  • Each guest will be required to fill out a reservation card
  • Government issue ID is required (drivers’ license is not acceptable)

Check out

  • Check out is until 10am
  • Late check out with prior notice only and if available – fees apply (10am-12pm half rate & after 12pm full rate)
  • Room charges will be settled before checkout
  • A host will collect room keys from you
  • Invoices/receipt will be emailed to you
Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • NO REFUNDS WILL TAKE PLACE!
  • All funds paid, will be place into credit for future accommodation, only if the postponement of the accommodation is notified to us 2 days prior to the arrival dates. The credit is to be used within 1 year of postponement.
  • Credit Note will be emailed to you
  • No arrival on the day or pre-cancellation, all funds paid are forfeited

Vehicle Policy

  • 1 Vehicle per room permitted
  • Additional vehicle/trailer per room will be charged a rate
  • If the need arises you will be asked to remove your additional vehicle/trailer
House Rules

Pets

  • We are a SMALL DOG FRIENDLY GUESTHOUSE
  • Dogs reside on the premises 24/7 and run freely.
  • No DOG will be locked away or tied up for anyone. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • If you are uncomfortable with this, we can help find alternative accommodation
  • Small Dogs are welcome with prior arrangements only! (Conditions apply)

 Visitors

  • Any visitors you may have during your stay must be declared to a host (restrictions apply)
  • Undeclared visitors may be seen as trespassing with the intent of breaking and entering
  • Visitors will adhere to all property rules and regulations (non-adherence will result in fines)

General 

  • Government issue photo ID is required for all guests 16 years and older and passport for all international guests
  • All rooms, balconies and patios are Smoke Free areas
  • Designated smoking areas are available
  • Fines of R500.00 per person per offence for non compliance to the smoking regulations as per Government Regulations
  • NO FIREARMS permitted – Strictly Prohibited.
  • The property may amend rules or regulations from time to time which will be updated in the room directory
